Firefox Bookmarklet for Adding feeds

Postby seanodonnell on Mon Oct 09, 2006 16:47

UPDATE 23.01.2007: Version fixed for PHP with disabled short tags

http://blog.odonnell.nu/tinybookmarklet.zip

(EDIT) alternative URL: http://tt-rss.spb.ru/stuff/tinybookmarklet.zip

Theres are two files in the zip file, bookmarklet.php and addfeed.php.
Just drop them in the root of your Tiny Tiny RSS installation, then visit http://[your tiny tiny rss installation]/bookmarklet.php and drag the subscribe link to your bookmarklet toolbar.

The bookmarklet does rss autodetection, so all you have to do to subscribe to most pages rss feeds is click the bookmarklet and it will find the rss feed link automatically, display it in a prompt and you just click ok to subscribe. If it doesnt find a feed it will display an empty prompt so you can just type in the feed address.

Hope you guys find this useful

fixed the link, apologies

If anyone wants to mirror this, feel free.

I have had some problems in the past with some isps dns servers not resolving .nu domains, so mirrors are welcome
