safari (3.1.1) display issue in Preferences

Description
When you open the Preferences button the buttons at the top of the page get mostly covered. Also, if you do then click the keyboard shortcuts link/button the page is not rendered properly... Screenshots are attached.

It was actually a bug (there is a tweak to prevent this sort of thing from happening, but it was missing in preferences). This is fixed in trunk now. :)
