ico not showing after moving folder?

tiny tiny rss was at first at http://news.apc.sg/tt-rss/ but i moved it to news.apc.sg and all is working properly except my .ico is not showing at all. it was showing previously. I already enabled 777 on my icons folder but it is still not showing. can you help?
