Any RSS Mac client with synchronization

Hi, I just installed Tiny Tiny RSS on my server and I'm really pleased to have a central place to subscribe my feeds.
I use the Android client, but for my desktop uses, I would like to know if there is somewhere a Mac client with synchronization as would Liferea would do on Linux?
thanks
