Re: I think I'm losing my mind

Just so you know you're not insane, thermionic, I have a "work" tt-rss account I use that follows a lot of TechNet rss feeds and I am seeing the same fsck-ups. This isn't the first time it's happened with them either. I've got TechNet feeds that over this last week have been duplicating th...

Re: tiny Reader RSS for iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad

I've thought of another slightly obscure feature I find handy for one particular feed ( http://xkcd.com/ ). In the Reeder app that I use I can click on an image and you get a menu pop up, one option of which is "show alt text" which pops up the images alt text. The vast majority of feeds ...

Re: G2TT - A Google inspired mobile interface

Thanks for the updated read me. Definitely appreciated. I have just started noticing something and I'm not sure where the problem is cropping up. I have all of my feeds cataloged into folders. So, say, I have a folder called "Humor" and within it, 10 feeds. I stumbled upon this by accident...

Re: Question on MySQL database structure: Why 3 MyISAM table

I'm using 1.9 (release, not trunk) and actually just recreated my database for other, unrelated reasons. I can confirm that they are still present in my database.

Re: G2TT - A Google inspired mobile interface

I'm on the newset version and here's how the reload button works for me... (I have the "oldest first" and "show unread" checkmarks applied) *All view: button stays depressed (darker shade) until categories are refreshed. 0 categories no longer stay and are either auto-refreshed o...

Re: G2TT - A Google inspired mobile interface

Looks like that did it. I don't get the 0 categories anymore, and though there's a bit of a lag when the refresh is done (which I am totally fine with), it totally works. Thanks for the quick update! You've made this heavy mobile user very, very happy. :D

Re: G2TT - A Google inspired mobile interface

ttrssmailinator - very true. I hadn't noticed it before. G2TT-mobile - I can confirm, at least on my side, that the refresh button on the page does not work the same as the reload of the browser. If I click on the refresh button, the 0 categories do not go away. If I do a browser reload, they do go ...

Re: G2TT - A Google inspired mobile interface

I've been using this as my main mobile interface since it first came out. Closest thing to the old g-reader mobile interface I've seen, so thank you very much for that. I just recently added the most recent update to see if it took care of a few of my personal preferences. I see that it now steps ba...

Re: Next-Prev Toolbar

Just a quick blurb... I had to add

Code: Select all

function api_version() {
      return 2;
   }

to init.php for this to work, as per the previous commenter (with the link to fox's post).

Re: G2TT - A Google inspired mobile interface

I may be missing this, (either it's already been listed, or you're using a standard convention) but what are the options for all of the sorting options? I personally, due to the number of feeds I track, would like to keep the same order that I had in Google Reader, which was just alphabetically by F...

Re: UpdatingFeeds with Cron

Change -feeds to --feeds. That's new in 1.7.5

Also, you might want to add --quiet, that'll ratchet down the chatter, though the ".." emails won't be fixed until 1.7.6 is out.

Re: Hostgator

Two things you're saying make me think the problem is your version vs what's in the wiki for the current versions. What version are you running? I believe the "--feeds" notation came about at a similar time as the loss of the "Update" button. The most current version is 1.7.5 The...
