Re: [Patch] Link to "current commit vs master" in Preferences footer

Instead, just do this from the terminal: As an alternative, I prefer to show commits with patches instead of the overall diff. (and no need to c&p revisions) $ git fetch $ git show HEAD..origin/master .... $ git pull There is a way to get it in chronological order (instead of reversed) but I do...

Re: Make GoComics work again plugin

I'm getting a 1-day delay on comics. The date is right but the image is from the day before.
It was scraped yesterday at 22:58 local (03:58 UTC). Any other info that could help debug?

Re: func_get_arg(): Argument 7 not passed to function

I'll give it a go, maybe its related to my feeds not updating. (Update times in the UI are correct, the updater is working and logging downloads but nothing is landing in the UI.) Turns out that was JustAMacUser's fault. But I'm still willing to dig into this if needed. Git 6b06a609affe4e246...

Re: Weird networ error on Opera !!

your php version is too low, i'm afraid (should be at least 5.4) otherwise you did something seriously wrong while uploading e: do this: 1. remove all files in tt-rss on your server except for config.php, rename tt-rss to tt-rss.old 2. clone git repository directly on server, don't upload stuff fro...

Re: How to keep myself logged in?

The only cookie (or session) setting I have is: define('SESSION_COOKIE_LIFETIME', -1); I think I see why it didn't object though, in include/sessions.php: $session_expire = max(SESSION_COOKIE_LIFETIME, 86400); Given how it is used I suspect I'm in some moderately undefined space, but it definitely w...

Re: Auto mark read delay

Opening that post in TTRSS, I counted out a 3 second delay before it was marked read.

Re: Auto mark read delay

Just want to make sure I'm seeing expected behavior. I've got: Automatically mark articles as read: Off Automatically expand articles in combined mode: Off Show content preview in headlines list: On As I understand it, that prevents the "huge list of expanded articles, automatically marked read...

Re: Auto mark read delay

i understand the frustration i guess but there are i think pretty good reasons for batching instead of spamming the server in onscroll or w/e so this is definitely going to stay as it is now What about those of us not using onscroll marking? There couldn't possibly be anything wrong with bunches of...

Re: Auto mark read delay

i think we already went through the whole marking unread thing a year ago :p Indeed. I tried starring, etc, and it just meant I never went back. Unread is like leaving it out on my desk - I may not pick it up as soon as I sit down, but it isn't going to end up in a drawer with old grocery receipts ...

Re: Auto mark read delay

like i said, you don't need to wait, everything you scroll past is going to get marked eventually My frustration with the delay is from the other side - if I want to mark something unread (for example, something I opened by accident) I have to wait several seconds for it to cycle to "read"...

Quick check of feed latency

Cleanup suggestions welcome, but this seems to work. It will show the update latency of all feeds for any feed that is more than 15 minutes out of date. It doesn't handle pulling down the default update, so if update_interval is 0 it just assumes 0. (Oh, and it filters out update_interval greater th...
