The url is *url removed*, for tt-rss, *url removed* for the mobile frontend.

I can pm you the credentials if needed, nothing top-secret in there :)

EDITED to remove the urls, I am no longer using this so the urls were broken :)

You conf should have this line:

Code: Select all

apiPath: '/rss/'

I tried that one. I tried removing the comma from the end of that line to match your previous post but it didn't help either. :(

Did you try clearing the cache?

Your installation works for me: try a forced reload (CTRL+F5) or clean your cache.

The browser cache is set to auto-wipe on each restart or shutdown, but I will double check, because there's something weird going on here and this is failing on two different browsers (android and seamonkey).

On a quick test, opera seems to work though...... :roll:

Don't waste too much time on this, though. I suspect there's some issue with tt-rss altogether and my web hosting provider. Cron updates do not happen consistently. Not that that should have something to do with this, but it could be indicative of something bigger going on on the background, like some missing php extension or something like that (I am starting to hate aruba.it as a drupal user, I tell you ;)).

I will post here when I know what's going on here, thank you for your assistance. Much appreciated :)

When I access the mobile site, I get the ttrss-mobile directory. My browser displays: "Index of /ttrss-mobile" and lists the files and subdirectories.

My access URLs are:
http://mydomain.com/tt-rss/
http://mydomain.com/ttrss-mobile/

The API is enabled in tt-rss preferences.

My conf.js file (in /ttrss-mobile/src/scripts/) reads

Code: Select all

define({

  apiPath: "/tt-rss/"

});

I'm stumped. If anyone can help point the way forward to get ttrss-mobile working, I'd be most appreciative. Thanks!!

If you don't want to hack on it, you don't need anything but the tarball in the dist directory.

mboinet wrote:This is possible, but I chose on purpose to make it stick at the top only for the article content in order to maximize the area. I'll try to put this as an option: https://github.com/mboinet/ttrss-mobile/issues/57

I have less time to work on this as I used to, so no ETA.

Understood, thanks for considering. For real-estate concerns, the swipe/scroll down to re-reveal the menu bar may be a good compromise as possibly addition/combination of menu options in addition to prev/next at bottom/end of article.

Again, thanks for considering.

Yeah, I tried the swipe solution but it's hard to have something great with good performance on old phones. And I read that people used this webapp on desktop sometimes, where screen real-estace concerns are less valid.

Speaking of swipe...what about a left/right swipe for prev/next article? Do you think that would have a performance impact on older phones?

I tried that with the built in event from jQueryMobile, it didn't work great: https://github.com/mboinet/ttrss-mobile/issues/24

Someone linked to another solution: http://cubiq.org/dropbox/SwipeView/demo/gallery/
I need to try that and test if performance is good enough on long articles with multiple images.
