Button to publish all feeds

Postby giovi » 19 Jun 2014, 14:40

It would be nice to have a button that creates an opml file with all my feeds but instead of the url of the feed I'd like to have the url of my ttrss server.
Thanks.

What would be the point of this?
Using ttrss as some kind of feedproxy?

nameless: exactly! My ttrss can collect the feeds every day, if I don't read the feed for a couple of days on my rss reader on my PC I can always download the articles from ttrss "feedproxy" and read them on the plane where usually there's no connection, not missing any article.

There are several mobile applications for both Android and iOS that will connect to TT-RSS's API to do exactly that. Why not use them instead?

JustAMacUser: first of all because I am using BlackBerry, and not all android applicatios work on BlackBerry. In second place because these apps (either the ones for iPad and those for android) just cache the unread articles, while I would like to download all of them on my PC and/or iPad. I will very appreciate if you have any app to suggest that does what I would like to achieve!

Reeder for iOS and the Fever API plugin will download unread, starred, and read (for a few, configurable, days) articles. The app will cache all of these for offline use and when reconnected to the Internet, it will update changed back to the server.

As for Blackberry, I have nothing to suggest for that; it's a diminishing user base and it doesn't appear that a lot of developers are focusing on it.

e: There are a couple of native TT-RSS apps for iOS as well if you search the App Store. I don't use them so I don't know how well they work though. Most of the developers are members here so you could post in the relevant section or download the free ones and try them first-hand.

I use Windex for cleaning windows.

Joke aside: I haven't used Windows actively in quite some time so I'm not the best person to ask.
